The I Love Chocolate Fest

The Spring I Love Chocolate Fest is March 17-18, 2018 from 10 am to 6 pm at the beautiful East Wind Inn and Conference Center in Wading River (exit 68 on the LIE to William Floyd Parkway to Route 25A).
Over 50 Chocolate Exhibits with everything from decadent truffles and handcrafted chocolates to unusual treats. Delicious food, handmade crafts, wine, chocolate beer, & chocolate spirits. Plus, Live Music and Entertainment performed by LOCAL Entertainers and a visit with The Easter Bunny.
Visit the all-new VIP Tasting Room for Chocolate Samples (special ticket required). Want even more Chocolate? Visit East Wind's Spa for a special Chocolate Fest Spa Treatment.

Come join us for our second annual Spring Equinox Event! We will be celebrating spring with music, live animals, and crafts for the whole family. Come learn about the equinox and take part in planting and recycling activities for all ages! Live music by Pauline Salotti!! All attendees are encouraged to help paint the nature mural with Artist John DiNaro!!

Restorative Yoga for Cancer Care
Sunday at 1:30 PM - 3 PM
This community class is for those recovering from cancer and their caretakers. We will practice a gentle restorative yoga with special breathing exercises that will assist healing on ALL levels.
TLC Cancer Care Yoga and Breast Cancer Yoga are here to support you. We want to be part of your recovery and be a source of comfort and hope.
We also offer healthy lifestyle tools for breast cancer prevention and recovery with therapeutic yoga poses, breathing exercises that bringing together the mind, body, and spirit.
We offer support for breast cancer recovery and lymphedema managing with our extra gentle yoga series. You can now learn a wide range of poses specific for breast cancer and lymphedema as well as for recovery from all forms of cancer.

Reverse Co-ed Fours Rules:
* No rotation required.
* Female players are always considered always front row.
* Female players can server and run up to block during the same play.
* Males players are always considered back row and must take off from the 10ft line.
* Male players are not allowed to block.
* Male players cannot break the plane of the net while in front of the 10ft line.
* Reverse Co-ed Fours must have at least two female players.
* Teams with more than two female players must designate two female players as front row at all times.
* Reverse Co-ed Fours may not have more than four rostered players per team.
