Jim came in our home and went right to work, the first thing he mentioned was the condition of my wood floors, he started “ we need to redo this, right? … Jom is a very honest man and he knows the Business. I had just interviewed 2 other real estates before him and they wete fine with the house as us and the list price I wanted. I took his comment to heart and told my son, no way I’m hiring him, I actually motioned my hand under my neck like no way not happening. We continued on our tour of my home. Definatly need to declutter he says to me. I thought I already did! Lol but ok we can pack more stuff up. Jim was so out spoken and honest , which was great looking back but at the time, I was takin back. Almost like is thid guy kidding me. THEN we sat at the kitchen table , which was covering most of my oak flooring and we began to talk about the house , what opportunited we needed to address and PRICE!
Jim came totally prepared! He had info on houses that just sold in the area, and how many of them had to lower there price due to starting to high.. He felt we wanted to list too high. He felt starting lower would be a better option. It would create more foot traffic. I was taken back! Jim had the paperwork to back up his plan. Then he asked if he could take out his computer to show us some stats. This guy is extremly educated in the Real estate business! We sat talked went over numbers , how many houses hadnt sold, how many had to lower there price etc. Jim was slowly swaying me to his side. The time and effort he put in before coming to our home was impressive! A real go getter. After all three hour conversation, I told him I would get back to him. When he left my husband and I spoke, and we felt as though everybody else was yelling us to death and Jim had the information to back up, but he felt would be the right approach to sell our home.. No one else called me to see if I was going to use them, but Jim was calling me asking me if I made a decision so after a couple days, we did let him know that we made a decision and he came back and we signed our paperwork! Jim Didn’t open house right away on a Tuesday and multiple people came in to see the house. He also didn’t open house that weekend and within six days we had multiple offers, and We actually sold our house in six days and got over 50,000 over asking price! This man was Amazing! And that was without doing the wooden floors over!! Jim and his wife Laura have become great friends ! Jim is my guy!! I highly Recommends him to use to sell your home or buy a home! Jim is down to earth, honest, and has a great sence of humor..Use Him, he is the best in the
