2. Run for the Rescue 5K Trail Run/Walk

Where: Blydenburgh County Park, Veteran’s Memorial Highway, Smithtown, NY

Join us for a fun-filled day at our dog-friendly park where you can bring your four-legged companion along for the adventure! All pups must be on a leash at all times to ensure the safety of all visitors. Remember, please do not leave your furry friend unattended during your visit. If you’re participating in the 5K run, we kindly ask that you start at the back of the pack to prioritize safety for both humans and their canine companions. Join us this April to celebrate and bring awareness to preserving Mother Earth while participating in an exhilarating 5K run through the picturesque tree-lined bike paths of Eisenhower Park. After crossing the finish line, treat yourself to some delicious snacks from All Round Foods. Not only will you enjoy a morning of fitness and fun, but you’ll also be supporting a worthy cause. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Never Stop Running Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to supporting athletic and charitable events while fostering community involvement. Additionally, the foundation funds local Youth & Special Needs events and aids in the development of elite athletes at the local, national, and international levels.
