For the 26th year, Doherty-owned Applebee’s is proudly kicking off its annual fundraising efforts for the Toys for Tots Foundation! Guests can contribute by rounding up their checks, making custom donations, purchasing festive paper gift packs, or enjoying limited-time holiday drinks like the Mucho Jack & Jingle and the Cranberry Margarita, with a portion of proceeds going to the foundation. As a special thank-you, guests who donate $10 or more will receive a Bounce Back Coupon for a free appetizer on their next dine-in visit (one per table). Since 1998, Doherty-owned Applebee’s has raised over $5.4 million, helping bring joy to underserved children during the holiday season. Join us in spreading holiday cheer!

3. AMSEAS Beach Walk/Cleanup at Hallock State Park
When: Saturday, January 4th at 10 AM
Where: Hallock State Park & Preserve, 6062 Sound Avenue, Riverhead, NY
The Atlantic Marine Conservation Society (AMSEAS) and New York State Parks invite you to join a community beach walk and clean-up at Hallock State Park Preserve every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outdoors while helping to preserve our coastline. Clean-up supplies will be provided, though participants are encouraged to bring their own gloves.
4. Gathering Time to Perform at Long Island Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame

6. Introduce your little one to the art of Dance!

Where: Gold Coast Arts Center, 113 Middle Neck Rd, Great Neck, NY
Introduce your child to the joy of dance with our Ballet and Tap Basics class! In a fun and encouraging atmosphere, students will learn the fundamentals of ballet and tap while exploring creative movement, building body awareness, and enhancing flexibility and balance. Dancers are required to wear a black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, and black tap shoes, with hair neatly styled in a bun. With a maximum of 8 students per class, personalized attention is guaranteed to help each dancer shine!
