Christmas House Long Island is an indoor, one-of-a-kind, fully immersive Christmas wonderland—a magical 45+ minute walk-through celebrating all things Christmas! New for 2025, guests can enjoy Christmas House Jeopardy, complete with a full set, a festive host, and the chance to actually play. The experience continues with The Christmas Party Room, featuring music, dancing, and Christmas karaoke, plus The Christmas House Carnival offering unlimited carnival games and prizes. Throughout the journey, surprises await around every corner, including the Famous Snow Room where real snow falls and snowball fights are encouraged, the North Pole Movie Theater playing a real holiday film, an indoor Christmas light show, and The Polar Bear Bar with trivia, pool, and darts. 2. Magic of Lights 2025

Magic of Lights is a dazzling, drive-through holiday lights experience that brings the season to life with vibrant LED displays and enchanting digital animations. From beloved holiday scenes to favorite festive characters, every twist and turn offers something magical to enjoy. Celebrate Jones Beach’s newest holiday tradition from the comfort and safety of your own car as you journey through a sparkling world of wonder.
3. Port Jefferson Santa Parade & Visit
When: Sunday, November 30th at 3 PM
Where: Port Jefferson Village, Main Street, Port Jefferson, NY
Kick off the holiday season at the 2025 Port Jefferson Santa Parade & Visit! Join the festive fun as the Santa Parade marches down Main Street at 3:00 PM, filling the village with holiday cheer. After the parade, continue the celebration by visiting Santa himself at the Port Jefferson Village Center, located at 101 E. Broadway, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. It’s the perfect way to welcome the magic of the season with family and friends!
4. Artist Closet Clean-out
When: Nov 28, 2025 through Jan 29, 2026 (daily)
Where: The Atelier at Flowerfield, 2 Flowerfield, Suite 6 & 9, St. James, NY
The Atelier is excited to present a limited Artist Closet Clean-Out Exhibition, showcasing unique artworks created by the Atelier’s talented students and instructors. Artists are invited to clear their closets, refresh their easels, and share a select few pieces in this special exhibition. All submissions must be priced under $500, sized 18x24 or smaller, and submitted by Tuesday, January 6th. There is no fee to participate. Join us for the Opening Reception on Thursday, January 15th, from 4–6 PM, and enjoy coffee, cupcakes, and cookies as you explore the collection.
5. Holiday Night Market Wonderland

Where: Reboli Center for the Arts, 64 Main Street, Stony Brook, NY
Experience the magic of a real-life Hallmark Holiday Movie at the Holiday Night Market Wonderland in the charming and historic Stony Brook Village! Kick off your holiday season—and your shopping—in a festive heated tent filled with incredible vendors, plus an outdoor vendor village brimming with seasonal delights. Enjoy carolers, hot cocoa and cider, delicious food, SNOW falling, special character appearances, surprises, and endless JOY. Located at the Reboli Center for the Arts and History on Main Street, the event also features unique gifts, art displays, and tours throughout the center.
6. Leftover Turkey Trail Trot 5K Run/Walk
When: Saturday, November 29th at 9 AM
Where: Bethpage Polo at the Park, Bethpage State Park Playground, Bethpage, NY
Get ready to feast on fun and fitness! Join your running family at Bethpage State Park for a scenic trot through beautiful trails, complete with awesome turkey-themed swag and delicious treats from All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Be sure to plan your route: drive down Bethpage State Park Picnic Polo Road, pass the toll booth, and park in the lot on the left—then enjoy a quick walk up to the polo field. Don’t forget to snag a leftover T-shirt while supplies last, and bring the little ones for the free Kiddie Fun Run, where every young participant earns a finisher ribbon!
